What is a Wish List?

The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across and store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently. You can even allow your friends / relatives to access your Wish List to help them gift you items of your interest.

What is a Shopping Cart?

An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from any of our stores.

What does "Recommend to a Friend" mean?

All items at have a "Recommend to a Friend" option. Using this, an email is sent to your friend on your behalf, with a recommendation message.

What is My Account?

"My Account" allow you complete control over your transactions at Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section. For more details, click on My Account .

What are your shipping charges?

A shipping charge is applicable on all items at except for Electronic Gift Ceftificates. To find out the actual shipping charges applicable for various items, please read through the Shipping Charges and Policies.

What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?

All item prices on are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax.

Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Due to various export restrictions, we are unable to ship items outside India.

Within India, we deliver most items at across over 850 locations in the country. However, wine is delivered only in selected cities in India.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from

If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.

How can I return a product ordered from

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

In case of jewellery shipped within India, the No Questions Asked return policy is valid up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
